Saturn was visually depicted as an old bent over man.  In one hand, he has a scythe (sickle) ripping into the earth, and in his other hand was a serpent eating his own tail.

The significance of the description is Saturn eating his own children when then is applied to time creating and destroying it's own creation.

Saturn was the youngest son of Uranus (heaven) and Gaea (earth) in Roman Mythology.  The Greeks called him Kronos and to the Romans, they called him Saturn and believed he was the god of Harvest.

This celebration was called the Feast of Saturnalia and was held December 17-24 with the final celebration on the 25th.

• Public religious ceremonies were held as a 'holy day.'
• Pigs sacrificed at Banquets
• It was a "gay occasion"
• It was a time of "merriment"
• Public business halted
• Schools closed
• Court system shut down
• Criminals were not punished

Celebrating the birthday of Christ is actually 'killing him' in the ceremony because that is what Mass means.

They have taken the birth of Christ and have changed all the scriptural details regarding the truth of the story and have fabricated them to the level of a 'fable.'

There are days before and days after Christmas that are 'celebrated' through their liturgy, etc. 

Catholics have maintained all of the characteristics of the Ba-al worshipping bunch - they hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, as well. 

Note in Revelation 2:13-15 how the Bible describes the Catholic church in those days.  You won't find a better description of the Catholic Church.

13:  I know thy works, and where thou dwellest, even where Satan's seat is: and thou holdest fast my name, and hast not denied my faith, even in those days wherein Antipas was my faithful martyr, who was slain among you, where Satan dwelleth.
14:  But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.

Fewer and fewer are aware let alone concerned about the 'grown up' Jesus Christ.

The Nativity scene, as created by St. Francis Assisi supposedly represents the religious aspect of Christmas.  This Nativity scene is totally a false picture when compared to the scrutiny of the Scriptures.

The emphasis of the 'celebration' is all trees, lights, holly, mistletoe, yule log, gifts, family, food and music etc etc. etc and even more etc. etc.

The roots and development of those Christmas 'holiday' representations are intensely perverted as they relate to sexual application and rites of fertility. 

However, most people have no clue as to the origination of these 'christmas ornamentations.'

It truly is quickly becoming a 'gay occasion' as according to politically correct terminology.

As Bible Believers, we don't pray the rosary because it is a Catholic thing; we don't pray the dead out of purgatory; we don't pray to saints; we don't pray to idols; we don't lift up the pope; etc. so why do we do so well as we try to explain-away Christmas so we can still 'celebrate Christmas?  Christmas is an activity that is totally Catholic!  There is not one ounce of scriptural in factual detail to support any 'birthday celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ!  None!!

The perverted elements of Christmas take the main stage in the visual element of Christmas.

Kids are the center of attraction and do all that they can to 'believe' in Santa.  Christmas has gone from the worship of the 'child' Jesus to the worship of the children of this world.

Truly a fictitious character, kids still believe in Santa and all that he represents with adults follow the 'spirit' of Christmas, neither of which pertains to Jesus Christ.

Christmas never did include the truth of Jesus Christ - nor did Christmas ever receive the blessings of God - but now it is officially and finally obvious that a different spirit and a different Christ is involved in the festivities of Christmas.

Do you see how the devil has used Christmas as another of his devices in his attempt to reach the most high status? 

Satan has the rule of the roost but he eventually will be dethroned, but for now, he IS the prince and power of the air & the god of this world, etc. He does truly receive the worship more and more these days - even some Bible Believers still 'play' Christmas.

The last and final "Christmas" takes place in Revelation chapter 11 - And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth. - verse 10
