Do you notice that NONE of today's highly popular 'religious leaders, the eastern guru's, all the self-proclaiming saviors, etc. have ever made any gestures in that direction.  They never have and they never will dare to recognize spiritual wickedness in high places - because they would be talking about themselves.  If they truly meant to be what and who they said they were, they would have to accuse Jesus Christ of being of that 'spiritual wickedness'.  So, they claim LOVE - All is LOVE.  Then they go about redefining LOVE and claim God's love is the same as man's love.  The truth of all LOVE is that He is their enemy because GOD'S LOVE is not man's love - not even close!

So naturally, they hate us because we witness Jesus Christ!  We witness the words of Jesus Christ!  We represent and witness the true LOVE of God!  We are the witness agent of the Holy Spirit!  We are the only way that folks will have an opportunity for the world to hear from the Holy Spirit in regards to conviction!    How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?  Romans 10:14

We have in our hands the 'key' to a person's eternal life because Jesus Christ states that:  I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.  Revelation 1:18

As a result of statement, we have become 'the spiritual enemy' to the lost; to those who are lost but 'think' they are saved because of their 'sincerity' of whatever belief they have (Matthew 7) and more and more, we are becoming the enemy to them that are saved but are caught up in the 'scholarship onlyism' mentality.  We ought to note as well, that the days are getting closer and closer that we will be considered the physical enemy! (in some parts of this country, this is already reality!)

Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth? They zealously affect you, but not well; yea, they would exclude you, that ye might affect them.
Galatians 4:16,17

And I will very gladly spend and be spent for you; though the more abundantly I love you, the less I be loved.  II Corinthians 12:15

How could those things take place if God is an Almighty Sovereign who can do "according to his will in the army of heaven" (Daniel 4:35)?

There is that ancient problem again, eh?  And with that comes death wards, hospital beds, 'slammers,' prisons, cancer wards, burn wards, children's hospitals, gangster wars, drug traffic, torture chambers, venereal diseases, abortions and starvation.  If God "wills" that stuff, or even just allows it, that is some kind of "loving heavenly father", eh?

How do suffering, tears, pain, death and dying relate to love?

This is love?  The LORD is a man of WAR  Exodus 15:3.  The God of John 3:16 is the God who said "utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.  I Samuel 15:3.

Thou shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor show mercy to them...ye shall destroy every male and every woman that hath lain by man... Judges 21:2.

What will be done about WAR if God ("God is Love") is the INSTIGATOR of war?  James said the author of war was US!  James said the author was the lusts that warred in the flesh of the sinners who talked about "peace" and "love."

But God allows what He did not "author."  Further, after it comes into being, He uses it; and in some cases, orders it.  (Joshua 1-7). Remember, God still has three World Wars left on His schedule.  (Revelation 6,19,20)

If "war is God's judgment on sin here", then as long as sin is here, we are going to have wars.  No amount of summit conferences, trips to Camp David, papal prayers, holding hands across the nation, prayer meetings from 'all believers', prayers around the flagpoles, gun control laws & peace keeping forces are going to have any effect on war in the world today.

That is so very obvious!  Remember, WW I was suppose to be the war to end all wars.  That turned out to just be an overture to the 'bigger show' of WW II.  Then there were just more reruns - Korea, Gaza Strip, Vietnam, Lebanon, Cyprus, Thailand, Rwanda, Cambodia, nicaragua, Guatemala, Russia, Hungary, Yugoslavia, Haiti, Desert Storm, Iraq, Iran, Rhodesia, Croatia, Poland, Turkey, etc.

You cannot love without hating and where hating and jealousy are present, death is certainly standing nearby in the bushes.  There is no unconditional love - at least not in the Scriptures, that is.  And for those who think there is such a thing - ask those 'unconditional love' folks what they think of their KJV neighbors who witness with their Book!
 

No amount of rationalizing will obliterate the ghastly truth that God Almighty, Himself, told the Babylonians to wipe out His chosen people (Jeremiah 40:1-3) and commanded the Assyrians to destroy Israel (Isaiah 36:10; II Kings 17).  Using Satan as His battle ax (Jeremiah 51:20), He starved the Jews (II Kings 6:25-29), enslaved their children (Daniel 1:1-4; Isaiah 30:6-8; Lamentations 3-5), raped their women (Lamentations 5:11), killed their young men (Jeremiah 39:6,7), and burned their capital to the ground (Lamentations 2:1-9) - and there is more - just keep reading your Bible!

In all cases, He told you WHY He did not stop the slaughters.  We aren't left to guess about anything; no speculation or theories need to be thought of voiced.  Read II Kings 17.  We are told, in detail, why the slaughters took place.

Once any man (or any nation) refuses to admit that they are sinners and are sinful, they lose all ability to understand God or war.  (Romans 1)  Any atheist or humanist standing and watching the sacking of Israel and Judah (Kings 17; 25:1-21) would have been confirmed in his unbelief.  They would be 'rooted and grounded solidly in his sins, with an alibi to continue'.

You have to reject God's WORDS in order to feign ignorance about the awful things that happen on this earth.  The innocent babies who starved (Lamentations 2-4), the children who were gassed and burned in the furnaces (Deuteronomy 4:20; 28:22; 50) cannot be disconnected from Matthew 27:25 and Deuteronomy 28.

The Book 'stands' whether your children live or die.  None of them are as important as the Book - (Matthew 24:35); not even the UNIVERSE is that important (II Peter 3:8-16; Matthew 24:35).  If you are "one with the universe", your "future" is nothing but a blackened marshmallow.

When Rome finished "whompin up" on Greece, the Germanic tribes "whomped up" on Rome.  Those same Germanic tribes (1939-1945) suffered 6,000,000 casualties when Russia, America, France and Great Britain whipped them (WW II), and their nation became a divided nation, occupied by foreign troops for 47 years.

The God of the Bible is the God of carpet bombing, enfilde fire, the naval encounter, the ambush, the frontal attack, the blitz, the counterattack, the siege, the cavalry charge, and the thermonuclear bomb.  The LORD is a man of war (Exodus 15:3).

Woe be to the nation that has a God of "love" who does not judge nations for their sins!  Woe be to the religions that get rid of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and replace Him with the God of Ishmael and Arafat!  Woe be unto America!  The wicked shall be turned into Hell, and all the nations that forget god.  (Psalms 9:17).

Mankind must face his tragic predicament seriously and realistically; not sentimentally or emotionally.  Saved sinners suffer.  They suffer for many reasons.  See the sermon Why Do the Righteous Suffer?

For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.
