Flatteries Used by the Devil to Win Your Kids!

They lead folks to the way of another Jesus!  II Corinthians 11:4 - For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.

Proverbs 5-7 is far more than just about the lips of a strange woman - it is about the Whore of Babylon woman - the antichrist winning your kids to him, instead of to Him!

Images - icons - pictures - banners - art work, symbols, statues, trinkets, jewelry, clothing, fund raisers, programs and activities to try to 'show them God,' etc.

Cross - shame - symbol of modern Christianity, but why do witches and satan worshippers wear them?  jewelry for what killed Christ?  Was it finished on the cross?  There were segments finished but it won' t be done until Revelation 21:6 - It is done!

Thorns - shame - our sins, etc. caused Him to bleed!

    'mega' in size and fancy - from Acts 2
    steeple - us to heaven from there to there, or from there to here to there?  store front?  house?
    pillars - magnify the truth or using the truth to magnify it's church pillars?
    bells - God speaking to the community?
    stained glass windows - is truth even depicted in those things?
    candles - eternal flame represents lake of fire...  and OT thing!  a candle for each soul in Hell - makes sense, eh!
    reverends, etc. - Psalm 111:9 - only one verse for one person - God!  He sent redemption unto his people: he hath commanded his covenant for ever: holy and reverend is his name.
Bookstores - the source!
    books - Acts 19:19,20 - Many of them also which used curious arts brought their books together, and burned them before all men: and they counted the price of them, and found it fifty thousand pieces of silver. So mightily grew the word of God and prevailed.  Quit going to the bookstore and the word of God will grow in you!
    music - not a replacement for preaching - putting forth false gospel - feeding the flesh.  God does not USE music!

    'agree to disagree' - not a biblical stand!

    outward appearance
            women's hair:  broided?  long or short?  or do you profess good works and a meek and quiet spirit, etc.  You can LOOK right and not 'be right.'
            men's hair - against nature?  Revelation 9:8: And they had hair as the hair of women...  earrings?  Oh, please!

The Eternal Disaster of Flattery
Note Job 17:5  He that speaketh flattery to his friends, even the eyes of his children shall fail.

Do we keep our children from seeing the truth by all that we 'accept' in our lives as 'Christian?'

Question:  How do we love our children without glorifying them?
    is that answer:  too hard?  are we too busy?  do we have too much?

We do not want them to be unhappy?  uncomfortable?  hurt?  emotionally scarred?  sad?  treated unfairly?
Do we want for them what we ourselves never "were"? - not just 'have'

Do we only know how to glorify them?
    honor roll
    trophies
    glory
    parties that put them in the:
        the spot of attraction
        the center of attention
        the center of our family life and activities
    do we cater to them in games, clothes, smiles, appearance, etc.?
    are they being flattery trained?

Do we LOVE them or GLORIFY them?

    Will they ever attain 'lostness?'
    Will they ever need faith?  and if they do, will they be able to grasp it?
    Will it be even harder for them to die to themselves?

Does Isaiah 3:5c fit here? ... the child shall behave himself proudly against the ancient ...
are we parents / grandparents to blame for that?

For HIS glory or theirs?
Isaiah 43:7 - Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.

Christ loves us now that we are saved, but does he flatter us?  Does he glorify us?

Did He flatter us to 'get us?"  Does the antichrist flatter folks?

Do we perceive ourselves more important than Christ?
Do we ignore His words and do it our way?
Do we seek 'things' for blessings and riches?

Is Christianity today all about us?  or Him?

Do we "do" our children the way we think God should to "do" us?
Aren't you glad He doesn't?

Why should we do to our kids...
what the ANTICHRIST WILL BE DOING TOO?
Will it change anything or anyone?  I have come to learn that we will change things in our own lives, but in our children's.
So, I doubt it.

But consider yourself warned!
